How does WorQFlow work for candidates?

You submit your resume, we review your background, and if there's a fit we'll reach out to discuss roles that match your skill set, experience level, and career goals. No fees, no obligations... we work for you, not the other way around

Do I need to pay anything to work with WorQFlow?

Never. Our services are completely free for candidates. We're paid by the companies who hire you, so our incentive is to place you somewhere great, not just somewhere fast.

What kinds of roles does WorQFlow fill?

We specialize in enterprise technology - ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Security, and AI. We place both contract and full-time roles at mid-market and enterprise companies.

How long does the process typically take?

It depends on the role, but we move fast. Some candidates are placed within a week of their first conversation with us. Others we stay in touch with until the right opportunity surfaces... we won't rush a bad fit.

What happens after I'm placed?

We don't disappear. Your recruiter stays in touch throughout your engagement, checks in on how things are going, and is available if anything needs adjusting. When your contract wraps up, we're already thinking about what's next for you.
